Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Coupa Administrator to support and maintain the organization’s procure-to-pay platform. This role will serve as the primary system administrator for the Coupa platform and will work closely with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations of the system and related workflows.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting accounts payable processes within Coupa or a similar procurement platform, along with strong troubleshooting and process improvement skills.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary administrator for the Coupa platform, including Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, and Supplier Management modules.
- Support end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice intake, purchase order matching, exception resolution, and payment workflow routing.
- Configure and maintain system workflows, approval hierarchies, user roles, and permissions.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, coding issues, duplicate invoices, and supplier setup errors.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal IT teams or system support partners.
- Ensure tax, accounting, and compliance rules are accurately configured and applied within the system.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve system efficiency and ensure accurate financial processing.
