Sr Scrum Master

• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring active and productive participation.
• Identify and remove obstacles that could hinder project momentum and team morale.
• Coach and mentor team members in Agile practices, encouraging self‑management and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to maintain a clear, prioritized product backlog.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging regular process evaluations and adaptations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for problem‑solving and attention to detail.
• Strong ability to work independently, managing time effectively to meet goals.
• Leadership skills that foster mentoring and provide constructive feedback to the team.
• Solid understanding of business and management, strategic planning, and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in relevant computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, and SQL.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree like an MBA is a plus.
• Professional certification such as PMI or PMP.
• 8-10 years of experience in related roles.

The pay range for this role is $48 - $85 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
