OverviewSeeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to support the implementation of a large-scale Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) within a complex enterprise environment. This role serves as a lead analyst and integration coordinator, working across multiple business units to drive requirements discovery, process analysis, system integrations, testing, and user adoption.
What You Ll Do- Lead stakeholder discovery and requirements-gathering sessions
- Document current-state and future-state business processes
- Validate future-state workflows with system vendors to ensure business alignment
- Identify gaps and document requirements for future implementation phases
- Develop detailed integration specifications for enterprise financial and administrative systems
- Coordinate and manage system integration activities across technical and business teams
- Define data elements, success/failure criteria, and exception handling
- Design high-level integration test scenarios
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and obtain stakeholder sign-off
- Contribute to test, communication, training, and deployment plans
- Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Support knowledge transfer and organizational readiness
- 8+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- At least two long-term (1+ year) Business Analyst engagements
- Experience supporting enterprise-level systems and process improvement initiatives
- Proven ability to lead requirements gathering for complex, multi-stakeholder IT projects
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Gap analysis and opportunity identification
- Root cause analysis and problem definition
- Research, information gathering, and alternatives evaluation
- Solution design and implementation support
- Cross-functional team collaboration
- Stakeholder management across all organizational levels
- Ability to navigate competing priorities and conflicting interests
- Quality Assurance (QA) principles and practices
- Project Management methodologies
- Enterprise application integrations
- Business Analyst certification (CBAP, IIBA, or equivalent)
