Business Analyst

Work Model: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days onsite per week – subject to change)

The Business Analyst will act as a lead analyst and integration coordinator
, ensuring successful requirements discovery, system integration, testing, and adoption across the organization.

• Lead stakeholder pre-discovery sessions to review business processes and forms
• Document current-state workflows and validate future-state processes
• Collaborate with the EDMS vendor to ensure business requirements are met
• Identify gaps and document additional requirements for future project phases

• Coordinate configuration and data requests with the vendor
• Develop detailed integration specifications for SWIFT and SEMA4 (inbound/outbound)
• Define data elements, validation rules, exception handling, and success/failure criteria

• Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Ensure stakeholder review and sign-off

• Test Plans
• Communication Plans
• Training Plans
• Deployment Plans
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Present complex information clearly and concisely
• Support knowledge transfer activities

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• At least two long-term BA engagements (1 year or more)
• Strong experience with enterprise-level systems and process improvement initiatives
• Proven ability to lead requirements gathering in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Expertise in gap analysis, root cause analysis, and solution evaluation
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
• Advanced understanding of QA principles and Project Management methodologies
• Business Analyst certification (CBAP or equivalent) preferred
