Operations Business Analyst (Automation Focus)
- Support operations business lines by gathering and documenting requirements for automation solutions, acting as a liaison between business partners and development teams. Drive measurable improvements in efficiency and compliance through automation initiatives.
- Elicit and document business requirements for automation projects, ensuring alignment with compliance and operational goals.
- Communicate effectively with multiple levels of the organization, including upper management and business line partners.
- Prepare templates, use cases, and process diagrams; organize and document handoffs between teams.
- Champion change management and adoption of automation solutions.
- Manage multiple products simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of requirements to keep development teams engaged.
- Partner with development teams to clarify requirements and manage delivery timelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Business analysis experience; familiarity with technology product lifecycle.
- Analytical mindset; inquisitive and curious approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
- Experience with automation platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Eight or more years of direct experience with project management responsibilities.
- Ability to conduct an analysis of business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting and making verbal and written presentations.
- CBAP, CCBA, or RPA-related certifications.
- Experience in financial services or operations environments.
- Basic knowledge of API integrations and data visualization.
- Strong understanding and use of project management techniques and testing processes and supervises their use.
- Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results.
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong project management, organization and analytical skills.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
- Effective leadership and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of a business line or function area.

Salary RangePay Range: $92,820.00 - $. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
