Job Description
- Design, build, and optimize Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that communicate insights effectively.
- Gather and understand business requirements; translate requirements into reports for analysis.
- Develop and maintain data models, data sources, and Tableau data extracts to support reporting needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including strategy, marketing, and IT—to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
- Optimize dashboards for performance, user experience, and data refresh efficiency.
- Support end users with troubleshooting, dashboard enhancements, and training as needed.
- Perform data analysis, identify trends, and validate data accuracy across multiple data sources.
- In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
- 3 - 5 Years with BA or 1 - 3 Years with MBA.
- Tableau building experience is a big plus.
- Medical Industry is a plus.
- Sales operations and sales support experience.
