- Manage multiple projects through the entire lifecycle using various methodologies including Waterfall and Agile
- Complete all Project Management (PM) artifacts such as work breakdown structures, project plans, and status reports
- Diagnose and address business and technical issues to ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget
- Promote understanding of project timelines and financials among stakeholders and team members
- Interface with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery
- Minimum of 7+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Project Management
- Prior experience in the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare industry
- Proven ability to manage projects in a Waterfall environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Experience with project planning and Integrated Risk Assessment Documents (IRADs)
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft software including MS Project, Visio, and Power Point
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
