D365 F&O Lead Functional Analyst - Finance & Accounting

We re looking for a Finance-focused ERP Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role will lead financial systems projects from planning to deployment, ensuring optimal configuration and alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities

Drive full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 F&O, with emphasis on financial operations.
Lead discovery sessions to evaluate current workflows and define improved future-state processes.
Produce clear functional specs, solution designs, test scripts, and end-user materials.
Identify system gaps and propose scalable, practical solutions.
Configure and fine-tune financial modules to meet operational and compliance goals.
Coordinate system interfaces and third-party integrations.
Guide users through testing, training, and post-launch support.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience with Dynamics 365
Deep understanding of finance-related ERP functionality including general accounting, payables, receivables, asset tracking, and budgeting.
