Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders and teams through a broad range of people-related initiatives. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to the business, balancing strategic partnership with hands-on HR support in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, a collaborative mindset, and experience supporting leaders through change, performance, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to provide day-to-day HR guidance and strategic counsel aligned with business objectives.
  • Support employee relations, performance management, and coaching conversations with leaders and managers.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Operations) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, and change initiatives.
  • Interpret and apply HR policies, practices, and employment guidelines consistently and effectively.
  • Analyze people data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and experience initiatives that support retention and performance.
  • Support leaders through talent-related decisions, including development, succession, and team effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
  • 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience, including time in an HR Business Partner or equivalent advisory role.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting leaders in a complex, matrixed, or global organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent consulting, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
  • Experience working in hybrid or on-site environments preferred.
