This position is responsible for the administrative support of day-to-day human resources operations.
What You’ll Do- Maintains and audits employee records in the HRIS database and paper files. Processes HR and Payroll changes within the HRIS.
- Processes the full onboarding and offboarding cycle at all work locations.
- Provides administrative support such as scheduling drug tests, posting jobs via the ATS, and creating offer letters.
- Owns the anniversary/company party planning.
- Processes unemployment claims.
- Assists with the recruitment and interview process.
- Assists the HR team with implementing and coordinating performance management.
- Works with multiple departments but mostly HR.
- Assists with other HR duties as requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Effectively manage and communicate information across a network of companies.
- Partner with managers with a customer service orientation.
- Professional demeanor and character, proactive and able to take initiative.
- Prioritize and complete tasks as a team player while delivering results.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade decision makers.
- Optimize delivery of all services with continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Superb consulting, and critical thinking skills.
