Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Overview
The Compensation Analyst is responsible for the design, administration, and consultation of compensation programs across the organization. In this role, you will take charge of evaluating market data, leading annual compensation cycles, supporting incentive and equity programs, and partnering closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to ensure compensation practices are aligned with the overall total rewards strategy.

Salary Range$90,500 – $125,000

- Design, implement, and administer compensation programs including base pay, bonus, sales compensation, and equity
- Analyze market data and labor trends to recommend enhancements that support market competitiveness
- Provide consultative support to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on compensation strategies and program design
- Conduct job evaluations to support internal and external equity, including FLSA determinations and pay grade recommendations
- Lead the annual compensation cycle, including merit, bonus, and long-term incentive programs, ensuring accurate data audits, system testing, and clear communications
- Lead and support compensation projects, providing subject matter expertise, analysis, and recommendations to leadership
- Streamline and enhance compensation processes, reports, and workflows while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Support compensation surveys and, as needed, equity programs and compensation committee materials
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related business field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of combined experience in compensation, finance, or HR
- 3+ years of experience in compensation program administration, design, and analytics
- Strong working knowledge of compensation fundamentals including market pricing, job evaluations, and incentive administration
- Thorough understanding of laws and regulations impacting compensation programs
- Advanced analytical, project management, and problem‑solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly summarize and present data
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with HR systems such as Workday
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams
