Job Title: Venue Coordinator (Part-Time | $20/hr)

Location: Twin Cities Metro | In-Person

Join the Event Action with Hightop Hospitality! We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Venue Coordinator to support our growing events division. You’ll play a key role in making weddings, corporate gatherings, and private events run smoothly across our vibrant venues in the Twin Cities.

• Support day-of event operations at multiple venues across the metro area
• Coordinate with Venue Managers, clients, and vendors to ensure every detail is in place
• Assist with setup, teardown, and venue closing procedures
• Greet and direct guests, answering questions and offering top-tier customer service
• Help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes so clients can enjoy their big moments

• Strong communicator and proactive problem-solver
• Friendly, professional, and customer-service focused
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and manage multiple tasks on the fly
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and busy event schedules
• Previous hospitality, event, or service industry experience is a plus
