Description

Essential Functions:
- Provide excellent customer service to our hotel guests
- Changing towels, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms
- Make sure our rooms are fully stocked, and clean
- Change bed linen and make beds
- Replace used towels
- Vacuum carpets
- Replenish bath care products (e.g., soap and shampoo)
- Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
- Address guests' queries (e.g., on additional services)
- Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift
- Follow hotel security guidelines

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- Full-time position.
- Shift Times: 10:00 PM until
- Previous hotel experience preferred.
- Previous cleaning experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds on a consistent basis.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Must be in full uniform every shift.
