Delaware North Sport service is hiring seasonal Banquet Servers to join our team at Allianz Field in Saint Paul, Minnesota. As a Banquet Server, you will provide outstanding guest service while serving food and beverages in a banquet setting. • Set up tables following banquet event orders
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner; replenish buffet line food as needed
• Bus Tables & maintain clean food service areas
• Monitor guest needs ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled; handle any guest complaints
• Follow all alcoholic beverage policies and procedures
• Break down the event according to company procedures

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 6 months Customer Service Experience
• Excellent guest service skills
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• The ability to tend to guests needs & fulfill them quickly
  
  Ability to work weekends, nights, holidays preferred

• Ability to stand or walk, including up and down stairs, for the entire length of the shift
• Ability to lift 35 pounds
• Ability to work in variable indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions
