Job Summary

The General Manager of Premium ensures excellent guest service and maintains Levy's hospitality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain positive guest relationships and execute quality standards.
  • Train staff on brand, menu, wine, and beverage knowledge.
  • Foster a positive work environment through hiring, engagement, and staffing.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Support financial goals with the Director of Operations.
  • Oversee inventory, reporting, and team adherence to policies.
  • Manage service execution, guest requests, and setup/breakdown of functions.
  • Use performance management tools for staff guidance.
  • Conduct team meetings and participate in hiring and training.
  • Promote teamwork and open communication.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Requirements
    • 5+ years in food and beverage leadership.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
    • High computer literacy.
    • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
    • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
