Job Summary

The General Manager of Premium ensures excellent guest service and maintains Levy's hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

Maintain positive guest relationships and execute quality standards.

Train staff on brand, menu, wine, and beverage knowledge.

Foster a positive work environment through hiring, engagement, and staffing.

Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.

Support financial goals with the Director of Operations.

Oversee inventory, reporting, and team adherence to policies.

Manage service execution, guest requests, and setup/breakdown of functions.

Use performance management tools for staff guidance.

Conduct team meetings and participate in hiring and training.

Promote teamwork and open communication.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

5+ years in food and beverage leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
High computer literacy.
Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
