DescriptionPurpose Statement:
To see patients that are clients of Northstar Behavioral Health’s Medical Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facilities, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
As a client advocate at Northstar Behavioral Health, you will have the opportunity to provide person-centered care in an opiate and stimulant specific program with an energetic team. Northstar provides a large continuum of care from residential to outpatient, medical services, and mental health services in our Co-Occurring and MAT friendly programs. Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Required Skills and Experience (Minimum requirements):
Suboxone Waiver required. Experience preferred but not required. Must be licensed in the state of Minnesota as an APRN in good standing.
Additional Skills and Experience (Preferred or helpful):
Previous addiction medicine experience, experience with mental health medications.
