Field Access Specialist

You will manage accounts in the Dermatology therapeutic area, supporting customer products. The role requires collaboration across call centers, sales, marketing, patient access, and market access teams.

• Ensure understanding of reimbursement and field reimbursement services for patient support programs.
• Support patient access to products in provider offices and act as liaison to other assistance services such as HUB, Call Center, and Specialty Pharmacy.
• Provide live one‑on‑one coverage support as an extension of the call center/HUB.
• Serve as payer expert for a defined geography and communicate payer changes promptly.
• Offer office education on formulary coverage, utilization management, insurance forms, benefits investigation, prior authorization, appeals, and claims resolution.

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of three years of experience in managed care, clinical support, or sales.
• Minimum two years’ experience in third‑party access or pharmaceutical industry in managed care or clinical support.
• Experience with specialty products and ability to educate offices on access processes.
• Must live within the territory or within territory boundaries.
• Strong interpersonal skills, high sense of urgency, and consistent responsiveness.
• Adaptability to navigate ambiguity and a strategic mindset.
• Desire to support clients and healthcare professionals in serving patients.
