Home Health Speech Therapist

Join a flexible, supportive home health team as a part-time Speech Therapist, providing 1:1 client care in clients' homes within the St. Cloud, MN area.

• Plan and deliver speech and language evaluations, treatments, and assessments per physician directives.
• Develop and update individualized care plans, set treatment goals, and monitor progress.
• Educate families, guide communication device use, and support clients' acceptance of limitations.
• Maintain detailed records, participate in team meetings, and ensure client safety and confidentiality.
• Travel locally, requiring reliable transportation, and work independently within a flexible schedule during weekday office hours.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology, ASHA certification, state licensure, and at least two years of healthcare experience. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license are essential.
