Immediate Start - Consistent Schedule

Pay: $20- $23 per hour (based on experience)

CNA registration: Candidates with a valid CNA registration with the state of MN will start at $20/hr.

Schedule: 30-40 hrs/week between Monday-Sunday, can be flexible but must work weekend(s) (Sat or Sun).

Hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Pet Policy: Cat & small dog (friendly).

Location: North Oaks, MN

What You'll Do:

• Provide personalized care and assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, meal prep, etc.).
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and medication reminders.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
• Document client progress and report any changes.

We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience or training in personal care (CNA Certification a Plus).
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional individuals.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work the required schedule in North Oaks.
• Punctuality is key.
• We will conduct reference checks on all final candidates.
