POSITION DESCRIPTION
POSITION: Physical Therapist
LOCATION: OSI Physical Therapy Clinics - East Metro
REPORTS TO: Clinic Director
Primary Purpose
As a Physical Therapist at OSI, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding patient care. You’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and guide them through their recovery journey. You’ll also collaborate with colleagues, mentor support staff, and help foster a positive and patient-focused clinic culture.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care through evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation.
- Apply treatments including modalities, manual therapy, exercise instruction, and patient education.
- Supervise and delegate to Physical Therapist Assistants, Athletic Trainers, and Clinic Support Staff as appropriate.
- Accurately document patient progress and ensure compliance with payor requirements.
- Support and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented clinic environment.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, education, and training opportunities.
- Build relationships with referral sources and represent OSI within the community.
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to support coverage needs across our eight (8) east metro clinic locations. The primary clinic assignment will vary based on coverage demands.
Clinic locations include: Stillwater, Oakdale, West St. Paul, Shoreview, White Bear Lake, Forest Lake, Hugo, Maplewood, Somerset, WI (WI license required)
Qualifications- Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred
- Licensed in MN; willingness to obtain WI license
- CPR certification
- Experience in outpatient Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine
- Pelvic Health certification/experience or interest in pursuing certification preferred
