A company is looking for a Non-QM Underwriter responsible for evaluating and analyzing mortgage loan applications to assess risk for lenders.
Key Responsibilities Review and analyze loan applications and documentation to assess borrower risk Ensure compliance with Non-QM investor guidelines and assist with Post Close TPR conditions Communicate underwriting decisions and collaborate with loan originators and processors to resolve issues
Required Qualifications 2+ years of Non-QM specific mortgage underwriting experience Strong understanding of mortgage lending regulations and investor guidelines Proficient with Merdian Link Mortgage (Lending
QB) loan origination systems (LOS) and Microsoft Office Suite preferred Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment
