Senior Cost Accountant – High-Growth Manufacturing

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 base salary

Work Model: On-site | Arden Hills, MN

• Maintain and update standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead
• Analyze cost variances and partner with operations to identify root causes and corrective actions
• Review inventory transactions, monitor reserves, and support cycle count processes
• Support new product costing, pricing impact analysis, and "make vs. buy" evaluations
• Prepare cost-related reporting packages and contribute to forecasting and budget support
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve costing processes, reporting accuracy, and inventory control
• Assist with external audit preparation and compliance documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with hands-on cost accounting responsibilities
• Strong understanding of standard cost systems, inventory accounting, and variance analysis
• ERP experience preferred (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, etc.)
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills with a mindset for continuous improvement
