Graduate Engineer - Transportation

As a Graduate Engineer on our transportation team, you will contribute to a variety of roadway and intersection projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform CAD drafting and 3D design for intersection and highway improvement projects
• Assist with traffic and intersection capacity modeling and prepare reports summarizing results
• Support development of public meeting materials, including presentation boards and visual displays
• Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers to develop design solutions
• Participate in project coordination and team discussions throughout planning and design

We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn, collaborate, and grow in transportation engineering.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering by May 2026
• Interest in developing a career in transportation engineering
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Previous consulting internship experience
• Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam passed
• Experience with Bentley Open Roads or similar roadway design software

Salary Range: $68,800 to $110,200, depending on experience and qualifications. Candidates with significant experience may also be considered for a higher‑level role with increased compensation.
