Utilities Information Specialist; Stormwater Utility - Duluth

This position will be focused on stormwater utility in the Engineering Division with Public Works & Utilities Department. To perform professional and technical work to provide information to the public, stormwater professionals, and City staff regarding local ordinances and requirements that apply to the city's stormwater system. This position provides front‑line customer services related to storm utility billing, account management and maintenance to the storm utility billing program and post‑construction stormwater management program.

Under general direction and using independent judgment, the Utilities Information Specialist will establish and perform utility office support services, including preparation of complex documents and reports, advising, assisting, and training staff who perform office support service, and providing service to the public on complex or specialized utility‑related matters.
