Product Support Technician

About the role:

As a Product Support Technician, you will ensure the support groups have been provided necessary RFQ documents or a link to requirements and scope of work information. Includes facilitating meetings/discussions with team members to clarify scope and requirements.

You will report to the Site Director and be located at Shoreview, MN. This is a hybrid role requiring you to be onsite 2-3 days per week. We do not provide relocation for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify the scope of work for new RFQs, with product manager support and submit B&P funding request to the respective regions

* Document the scope of work/supply and collecting the initial cost estimates from the support groups associated with the deliverable scope of work

* Assist support groups in developing an understanding of the customers' requirements and proposed scope of work

* Identify any questions or need for clarification from the customer

* Develop the technical bid documents (e.g. Compliance Matrix, Technical Description (TD)

* Obtain concurrence, modification or exceptions to the technical requirements and quality assurance requirements

* Driving offer schedule

* Maintain offer cost workbook

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED required

* 5 years experience with Fuel Handling equipment, Bid and Proposals, sales, project management or other related fields.

* Experience with SAP

* Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe PDF

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $76,400 to $95,500 per year.
