An internship is a temporary position within Solventum. Interns typically work a full-time schedule throughout a 10-22 week assignment during the summer/fall of 2026. This position is limited to working 899 hours per service credit year.

As an Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

* Assist in design and development of packaging components for global product lines.

* Support testing and validation of packaging materials to ensure compliance with performance and regulatory standards.

* Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on packaging specifications and documentation.

* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on sustainability and cost reduction.

* Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Package Engineering, or higher from an accredited institution

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

* Prior internship/co-op experience with a manufacturing company

* Prior experience involving the design, build, operation, and/or maintenance of manufacturing or R&D equipment

* Project Management experience
