Our client is a well-established and growing electrical contractor in the Twin Cities, recognized for long‑term client partnerships, strong financial performance, and a collaborative team culture. With steady growth and a history of consistently paying performance bonuses, this organization is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to support commercial, industrial, healthcare, and multi‑family projects. This role reports directly to preconstruction leadership and offers high visibility, strong ownership engagement, and meaningful financial upside.

• Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates for commercial and industrial electrical construction projects.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and bid documents; perform accurate material and labor takeoffs using Trimble Accu Bid.
• Solicit, analyze, and level vendor and subcontractor proposals; identify scope gaps, risk exposure, and value engineering opportunities.
• Support design‑build and design‑assist efforts with real‑time pricing insights and constructability feedback.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, field leadership, and ownership to ensure smooth project transition from bid to execution.

• 3–8+ years of electrical estimating experience within a construction contractor environment (contractor‑side required).
• Direct experience using Trimble Accu Bid.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials, NEC requirements, and construction methods.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, On‑Screen Takeoff, and Microsoft Office; ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in an in‑office, team‑oriented environment (flexibility available once established).

• Base salary $90K–$130K depending on experience.
