We’re looking for a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to support a critical site integration and process documentation initiative. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured manufacturing environments, technical documentation, and cross-functional engineering collaboration.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing- Review and ensure execution of SOPs, procedures, and manufacturing protocols
- Maintain and update controlled process documentation
- Work Instructions
- Process Flow Diagrams
- Gap Analysis
- Control Plans
- Take ownership of complex manufacturing engineering tasks
- Identify gaps, anticipate issues, and recommend practical engineering solutions
- Support process improvements and integration activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
- Participate in peer reviews and validation activities
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills
- High attention to detail
- Solid mechanical engineering fundamentals
- Ability to quickly ramp up in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related Engineering field
- 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred
