Our client, a leading organization in the medical device industry, is seeking a Development Process Engineer to join their team. As a Development Process Engineer, you will be part of the Manufacturing Engineering Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, innovative thinking, and excellent organizational abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Development Process Engineer
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Pay Range: $50-$55 per hr
What's the Job?- Support device delivery systems to the heart, including catheter experience and machine operation
- Assist in setting up tooling and fixtures for manufacturing lines
- Develop and write manufacturing procedures to optimize processes
- Evaluate process performance and identify the most effective methods
- Conduct process validations, equipment qualifications, and design of experiments (DOE) studies to improve yield and efficiency
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in the medical device or related industry
- Experience working with delivery systems, shafts, and process improvements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
