Our client, a leading organization in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Development Process Engineer to join their team. As a Development Process Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:Development Process Engineer
Location:Saint Paul, MN
Pay Range:$30/hr.
- $33/hr.

What's the Job?- Establish and optimize manufacturing processes based on product specifications and design for manufacturability principles
- Evaluate process and design alternatives to improve yield, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
- Manage projects involving new production equipment, process development, and process improvements
- Conduct equipment qualifications and process validations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Support quality control requirements, including design control and process validation, while maintaining regulatory compliance
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in the medical device or related industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
- Proven experience working in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with attention to detail
