We are seeking a **"Manufacturing Engineer"

* Job Description:

* The Manufacturing Engineer will support a regulated medical device manufacturing environment by contributing to CAPA assessments and investigations, including thorough root cause analysis and implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions. This role partners closely with Project Engineers to support operational initiatives such as new equipment qualifications, capacity expansion projects, and continuous process improvements across production lines.
The position requires strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills, hands-on involvement with manufacturing processes, and effective collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will bring a continuous improvement mindset focused on enhancing quality, throughput, and overall operational stability.

* Key Responsibilities:
*
* + Support CAPA assessments and investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
+ Partner with Project Engineers on operational initiatives and process improvement projects
+ Support new equipment qualifications and capacity expansion efforts
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
+ Provide hands-on engineering support to day-to-day manufacturing operations

* Required Qualifications:
*
* + 2-5 years of relevant manufacturing or engineering experience
+ Experience in a regulated manufacturing or medical device environment preferred
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
+ Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, onsite environment
