Sr. Material Program Manager
LocationSt. Paul, MN
DutiesServe as central facilitator between global sourcing and product development teams to drive supply chain development. In this project‑lead role, the manager will partner with cross‑functional engineering and technology category teams to mitigate risks, develop and procure materials, while driving component production readiness for new and next‑generation products. This is a technical project management position and does not manage employees. Travel may be required.
RequirementsEmployer requires a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field plus 6 months experience in the job offered, Supplier Quality Engineer, R&D Intern, or a related occupation. Experience must include:
- Material issues (NCEP, CAPA, SCIA), supply constraints and implementation of corrective actions
- Application of statistical quality control tools to supplier processes to ensure capability as per capability indices
- Identification of value‑improvement projects using engineering assessment of the process and design of the components or assemblies
- Design and Development, and design of experiment

SalaryFrom $93,496 to $111,797 per year. The compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits will vary based on location and other factors. Salary will be commensurate with experience, education, licensure and other relevant factors. Variable compensation, such as annual bonus targets and long‑term incentives, may apply for exempt or non‑exempt roles.
