We are seeking a motivated and capable Civil Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join our team, supporting the development and execution of large-scale and distributed generation solar energy projects. As a Renewable Graduate Engineer, you will assist in the planning, design, and implementation of complex renewable energy projects. This role offers the chance to contribute to transformative renewable energy projects while building practical skills and developing your career.

• Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to support the planning, design, and execution of large-scale and distributed generation renewable energy projects.
• Independently perform civil design and drafting, including grading, stormwater management, and site layout.
• Conduct design computations and calculations for civil site design, mass grading, and earthwork.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including environmental, water resources, survey, and construction professionals, to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Resolve design challenges creatively and efficiently.
• Travel:
  Less than 10% required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and completion of the FE exam.
• 2+ years of experience in land development or renewable energy design.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D.
• Detail-focused, self-motivated, and skilled at handling multiple projects concurrently.
