Pay Range: $25-30/hr

Hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday onsite, Monday & Friday remote)

This position manages utility service design projects from initiation through billing. You will work closely with customers, field crews, and internal teams to ensure projects move smoothly from design to execution.

• Reviewing customer notifications in SAP
• Communicating with builders and homeowners to gather requirements
• Completing design work using Small world GIS and CAD tools
• Creating and managing work orders in SAP
• Coordinating with field crews during execution
• Reviewing completed work and finalizing billing
• Preparing drawings, 2D/3D models, and bills of material
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints

This is a hands‑on, project‑based role requiring strong organization and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong computer skills (SAP or GIS experience preferred)
• CAD drafting experience (2D/3D modeling)
• Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Organized and detail‑oriented mindset

Utility experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided on systems and processes.
