Curriculum & Instruction Coordinator
Hours:
Full-time, Monday - Friday, 12 months per year
Start date:
July 1, 2026
Pay: $90,000 to $121,000 dependent on qualifications per the non-affiliated terms and conditions of employment

Qualifications:
* Valid MN teaching license
* At least 5 years of teaching experience demonstrating effective classroom instruction at various grade level
* Administrative license preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Experience in K-12 curriculum development
* Depth of experience in leading professional development
* Depth of experience in mentoring/coaching teachers
* A strong commitment to team collaboration through Professional Learning Communities
* Strong understanding of the Minnesota Academic Standards
* Knowledge of instructional strategies and practices that will support teachers' efforts in meeting diverse student needs
* Willingness to pursue personal professional growth through attendance at workshops, conferences, courses, and current relevant readings
Responsibilities:
* Work to ensure equitable instructional practices are in place to meet the equity promise
* Collaborate with instructional support team, building principals,building instructional leadership teams and teacher leaders in the instructional delivery of standards-based instruction
* Support teacher leaders in their work with Professional Learning Communities as they incorporate the Plan-Do-Study Act cycle
* Support teachers in identifying site professional development needs by assisting with data analysis of student performance and providing reports and / or summaries of pertinent research information in areas such as curriculum differentiation, curriculum integration, instructional strategies, use of technology and student assessment
* Monitor the fidelity and implementation of instructional programs through site visits, analyzing student data, and instructional support of Professional Learning Communities
* Work with principals and other teacher leaders to develop effective instructional programs, including selecting materials, training teachers, and monitoring and adjusting programs to increase effectiveness
* Support Summer School programming as directed
* Assist with state and federal reporting requirements as directed
* Other related duties as assigned
