Qualifications- Must have initiative and be self-motivated.
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively with principals, teachers, students and parents in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ability to function independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent performance under pressure of deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong computer skills including experience with Google Workspace (Google Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Excel) to organize, manage and present data.
- Experience with Infinite Campus and other student system software desired but not required.
- Navigational skills for Naviance, Parchment and Schoology, or ability to learn these skills.
- Ability to learn and apply new technology as it becomes available.
- Experience working with school counseling issues desired but not required.
- Management of new student registration process throughout the year, including the summer months.
- Management of confidential cumulative student records.
- Interpret and transcript transfer student information and marks to Eastview records.
- Maintain accurate student enrollment status information.
- Manage the mark reporting process to audit, and post student marks to transcripts.
- Assist with management of the student course registration and scheduling process.
- Establish and maintain Post-Secondary Education Options Program (PSEOP) files and recording.
- Prepare student lists for Academic Honors/Awards.
- Assist with management of transcript issuance and clearance through Parchment and Naviance.
- Other duties as assigned by the principal.

Compensation / BenefitsRAVE Clerical Association Wage Group I : $25.17 - $28.25 Hourly - According to contractual agreement (based on 2025-26 contract). If benefit eligible, benefits are available to new employees effective the first day of active employment.
