St. Paul Academy and Summit School (SPA) is a coeducational, non-sectarian, college preparatory day school serving more than 920 students in Prekindergarten through grade 12. Our three campuses are located approximately a mile apart in St. Paul, Minnesota. Our Goodrich Campus serves students in grades K-5, and our Randolph Campus serves students in grades 6-12. Our Prekindergarten is located on the campus of St.
Catherine’s University and serves children beginning at age 4. The school draws students from St. Paul, Minneapolis, and throughout the eastern and western suburbs.

Department: Middle School Athletics
Salary Range: $68,000 - $78,000

Description
The St. Paul Academy and Summit School Associate Athletics Director for the lower and middle school is responsible for implementing, coordinating, and maintaining the athletic program at the lower levels of SPA athletics. This administrative leader will help shape the future of the athletics program and collaborate with the Athletics Director, other athletics administrators, coaches, and student athletes in implementing an Athletics Strategic Plan and Vision.
The Associate Athletics Director must reflect and promote the institutional mission, serving both the minds and the hearts of our student-athletes who will one day change the world. In addition, the successful candidate will serve as the athletics communications officer and the senior women’s athletics administrator.
Responsibilities
- Program Leadership & Development:
Develop, manage, and assess all Lower School (LS) and Middle School (MS) athletic programs, ensuring alignment with the school’s academic mission, values, and goals. Cultivate an athletic culture of excellence and strong character. - Staff Management &
Collaboration:
Collaborate within the athletics department and with the Athletics Director on hiring, training, evaluating, mentoring, and retaining coaching staff. Provide specific support as the Senior Women’s Athletics Administrator for female coaches and athletes. - Operations & Logistics:
Oversee the scheduling, planning, transportation, and facility use for all MS/LS athletic events.…
