White Bear Lake Community Services & Recreation is looking for an energetic, skilled, and motivated Site Supervisor to lead out of school time programs at the elementary level. The position will coordinate programs and services including school age care, targeted services, and youth enrichment. Building strong relationships with staff, families, and students as well as developing rich, varied, and inclusive programming opportunities for diverse youth are primary position responsibilities.

Bachelor's degree with coursework in early learning, child/youth development, child psychology, social work, recreation, or related field and minimal experience working with youth, supervising staff teams, developing and implementing programs, and/or providing work direction and coaching to others, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CPR/First Aid required within six (6) months of hire.
