We are seeking a candidate to fill a vacancy for a full-time Activity Leader in out of school time programs. This position is part of the out of school time leadership team, providing support in implementing programs, activities, and events during before and after school hours as well as on Non-School Days for students grades PreK-5. The position is 8 hours per day, working a split shift before and after school with mid-day trainings, meetings, and prep time.
The position is entitled to paid benefits, including vacation and sick time, paid holidays, and health insurance.
Elementary/Middle School
Position SummaryPerforms intermediate human support work providing support to the site supervisor, interacting with youth, supervising daily implementation of programming; provides activity planning ideas, resources and direction to staff team that is varied, high quality and culturally competent, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the moderate supervision of the Out of School Time Site Supervisor. Occasional work direction is provided to program assistants.
Education and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED and minimal experience working with youth. Associate's/Technical degree preferred.
Special RequirementsMust be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
