- Evidence of successful teaching at the college level preferred.
- For undergraduate courses, MA is typically required and PhD (or other terminal degree) preferred. For graduate courses, PhD is typically required.
At Bethel, we offer classes that are 1, 2 or 4 credits. Adjunct load will vary based on capabilities of the Adjunct Professor and needs of the department. We pay $1,000 per credit hour for online courses and $1,250 per credit hour for in person or hybrid courses.
