Clinical and Fieldwork Clearance Office Specialist
St. Catherine University invites applications for a full‑time Clinical and Fieldwork Clearance Office Specialist within the Clinical Education Department.
This position is responsible for monitoring and tracking required student and faculty clinicals and fieldwork compliance documentation, including immunizations, TB tests, background checks, and related paperwork. It facilitates communication with faculty, staff, students across the School of Nursing, Henrietta Schmoll School of Health, and the Clinical and Field Education Team (CFET).
Responsibilities- Student Compliance
- Send compliance packets for new and returning students (designated programs).
- Verify documentation through Exxat and complete data entry as needed.
- Communicate with students, faculty, and staff regularly.
- Clinical Education Support
- Provide clinical contract support and other backup work for the Clinical Education team.
- High school degree.
- Previous administrative support experience, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, customer service skills, attention to detail, and accurate data entry.
- Motivated self‑starter who can learn quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
- Willingness to learn and interact daily with approved software/data‑management systems for clinical/fieldwork education.
- Creative, adaptable staff who thrive in a university environment that fosters cultural diversity and multicultural understanding.

Hourly wage $17.00 – $22.50 depending on qualifications and experience. Salary range reflects a good‑faith estimate determined at time of posting; actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, skills, and other relevant factors. St. Catherine reserves the right to modify or adjust compensation.
