The School of Nursing at St. Catherine University invites applications for a full-time Administrative Assistant position.

The Administrative Assistant greets and welcomes people reaching out to the School of Nursing (SoN), supports the SoN with a wide variety of administrative tasks and solves problems for faculty and students daily!
- Manage and provide administrative support for essential functions of the graduate degree programs in nursing
- Participates in designated committee, program, and departmental assessment and evaluation activities to implement the program-specific systematic evaluation plans (SEPs)
- Assists with collection and maintenance of program outcomes data from students, graduates, and clinical partners
- Completes required regulatory and accreditation surveys for graduate programs
- Provide administrative support to the program leaders and faculty, including answering emails regarding programs, admissions, and student inquiries, and directing calls appropriately
- Maintain data integrity in document storage site and manage meeting documents and minutes
- Prepare reports using survey tools (e.g., workshop evaluations, Clinical Site/Faculty Evaluations, Nursing Student Graduation Survey)
- Monitor compliance documentation as needed for for graduate nursing students
- Take meeting minutes and distribute agendas and minutes for committees
- Manage printing requests and create electronic copies of department forms
- Assist faculty with special projects, class statistics, and visual reporting
- Support program leaders and faculty during accreditation visits
- Collect and maintain student data and records as needed for program leaders
- Implement and manage applications for tracking and reporting
- Maintain and archive student files, including syllabi and program-specific documents
- Prepare and send student rosters to Student Compliance, Academic Advising, and the Registrar's Office
- Respond to student requests, such as class rankings for scholarships or course equivalency documents
- Coordinate student documents for committee petitions
- Design and distribute flyers to promote events
- Coordinate and assist with graduate nursing events and related logistics
- Design, print, and distribute materials for on-campus events
- Manage office supply orders, mail distribution, and catering requests
- Format and edit documents, including syllabi, clinical group materials, and Nursing VINE documents
- Provide basic IT troubleshooting and update website content
- Manage small-scale projects related to events and marketing initiatives
- Support marketing efforts and collaborate with Marketplace to create payment sites
- Secure classrooms and other spaces for training programs
- Fourteen (14) paid holidays and paid gift days when the University is closed
