Community of Peace Academy is an urban public charter school located on the East Side of St. Paul, Minnesota, serving over 900 students in grades PreK to 12. The  academic year marks our 31st school year. Our mission is to foster academic excellence and character development through a holistic educational approach grounded in peace, relationships, and academic rigor.

We are seeking multiple Special Education Paraprofessionals to work with students with disabilities across our Elementary School special education program. Paraprofessionals will be present during school sessions and will receive six paid holidays each year, up to ten sick days, health and dental insurance coverage, and a retirement plan.

Qualified applicants will possess a strong ability to build positive rapport with learners from diverse backgrounds, maintain clear and consistent expectations, support learning activities and student behavior with skill and enthusiasm, and communicate effectively and professionally with team members.
