Seeking a Family Practice Physician (MD) to provide comprehensive primary care services in a community-based health center. The role involves delivering 32 hours/week of in-person and telemedicine patient care, emphasizing wellness, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment, with opportunities for prenatal care.

• Maintain high-quality, culturally sensitive care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in meetings and training.
• Manage a patient panel and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Work within a supportive, inclusive environment with administrative time allocated for documentation and coordination.

• Medical degree (MD).
• Residency in family practice.
• Board certification.
• Active Minnesota medical license.
• Preferred: at least three years of outpatient experience.

Salary range: $187,200 to $260,000, along with comprehensive benefits.
