Architectural Revit Technician

St. Paul, MN | Contract-to-Hire | 30.00 - 42.00/hr

Konik is partnering with a long-standing architectural firm with more than 60 years of experience serving commercial clients throughout the region. They are seeking an Architectural Revit Technician to support project teams with construction documentation, technical drafting, and occasional field investigations.

This role works closely with Project Architects and Project Managers to translate design concepts into accurate construction documents. The firm offers a collaborative, casual environment where team members have the opportunity to grow technically, manage projects, and contribute across multiple phases of architectural projects.

Architectural Revit Technician Responsibilities
  • Develop construction documents and technical drawings under the direction of a Project Architect or Project Manager
  • Produce architectural drawings using Revit for commercial and industrial building projects
  • Assist with detailing, document coordination, and technical drafting during design and documentation phases
  • Conduct field measurements, building investigations, and construction observations as needed
  • Coordinate drawings and updates across project teams to maintain document accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain organized drawing files and documentation throughout project development
Architectural Revit Technician Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in Architectural Drafting & Design or a Bachelor's in Architecture
  • 5+ years of architectural drafting experience supporting commercial building projects
  • Strong technical drafting and architectural detailing capabilities
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a project team
