Senior Project Architect
St. Paul, MN | Direct Hire - Hybrid | $95k - $110k
Our client, a multidisciplinary architecture and interior design firm, is seeking a Senior Project Architect with a strong technical foundation to work alongside a Project Manager on industrial and manufacturing projects. This role is centered on documentation quality, technical execution, constructability, and coordination across consultants and contractors.
Senior Project Architect Responsibilities- Technical development and documentation for new buildings, additions, and renovations within industrial and manufacturing environments.
- Translate design concepts into coordinated, code-compliant construction documents with strong attention to constructability and detailing.
- Coordinate drawings and specifications with structural, MEP, and specialty consultants; resolve technical conflicts proactively.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout all project phases.
- Apply QA/QC processes to ensure drawing accuracy, completeness, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Support construction administration activities, including shop drawing review, RFIs, change orders, and site observations.
- Interpret and implement local, state, and federal building codes, zoning requirements, and site planning considerations.
- Provide direction and mentor more junior staff.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Licensed Architect preferred.
- 10+ years of experience, including industrial and manufacturing facility projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in technical documentation, detailing, and consultant coordination across all project phases.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, constructability, site planning, zoning analysis, and applicable building codes.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office; experience with Bluebeam required.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple technical priorities simultaneously.

Compensation: $95,000-$110,000 per year
