The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of customer orders—from submission through fulfillment—ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and exceptional customer experience. This role combines elements of order operations, customer success, and order management, with a strong focus on communication, tracking, problem‑solving, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and comfortable coordinating across multiple internal teams.
