Job PurposeThe Order Manager is responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish, ensuring on‑time delivery and a process that is Simple, Easy, and Fast
. This role builds trusted customer relationships by providing expert guidance, proactive communication, and WOW‑level service through ICE.
This role requires working on‑site in our office
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding products, timelines, and expectations.
- Drive order approvals and production in a timely manner.
- Complete quality checks on high‑value orders (over $750).
- Partner with internal teams to ensure order accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and ICE standards.
- Answer and document customer calls promptly and accurately.
- 1–2 years of experience in order entry and/or customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proactive problem‑solver with a customer‑first mindset.
