Seasonal Ticket Office Associate

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide customer service to fans visiting CHS Field on game days. Ticket sellers are often the first staff member guests come into contact with and will be expected to provide exceptional service to a large number of fans.

• Become proficient with the ticketing system
• Sell and print tickets
• Scan tickets for fans entering CHS Field using provided mobile devices
• Interact with fans and coworkers in a friendly, helpful and positive manner
• Work with and without supervision and follow directions of supervisors
• Assist fans with questions about CHS Field
• Effectively work in a team environment

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for engaging with fans
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain
• Standing and walking for extended periods, sometimes in a busy and noisy environment
• This is a seasonal, part-time position that pays $16.50 per hour

• Education:
  
  High school diploma preferred
• Experience:
  
  Prior retail, customer service, or cash-handling experience preferred
• Additional:
  Familiarity with basic computer and POS systems is a plus
