Key Tasks:
* Customer Service Rep will provide high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, customer requests and problems
* Researches and resolves problems and errors
* Identifies products and services that meet customers' needs
* High School diploma/GED or equivalent
* Relevant work experience in a contact center environment
* Reliable and committed to providing outstanding customer service
Preferred Skills/
Experience:
* Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills
* Detail-oriented with the ability to follow procedures independently
* Proficient computer navigation skills using Microsoft Office and other software
* Previous banking or financial services experience is a plus including FINRA registrations past or present
